This Time With You Is So Precious To Me

My mama and me at lunch today. I was moved to have this picture taken after Mom looked into my eyes and said, “This time with you is so precious to me.” These are the words spoken from my once severely mentally ill mother who had been incapable of love throughout most of our lives. Then five years ago a crisis compelled her to be successfully treated beginning at age 87 for her illness and ultimately to be immersed in the love of our family. And the profound miracles began and have persisted ever since. Every moment, for both of us, is a treasure. — Molly
