Republicans proudly proclaim "America first" but then they allow a man born in South Africa to fire American's employed in the American government.
Republicans call themselves the party of "family values" and then they separate families at the boarder and lock kids up.
Republicans call themselves “pro-life” but then they vote against healthcare, paid family leave, and food assistance programs that help struggling mothers and children.
Republicans claim to support “small government”
but then they push for government control over women's bodies, LGBTQ+ rights, and what teachers can say in classrooms.
Republicans call themselves the “party of law and order”
but then they defend the January 6th rioters who attacked police officers and stormed the Capitol.
Republicans claim to be “fiscally responsible”
but then they pass massive tax cuts for the rich that add trillions to the national debt.
Republicans call themselves “defenders of the Constitution”
but then they try to overturn elections and pass laws that make it harder for people to vote.
Republicans claim to “support the troops”
but then they vote against bills that expand healthcare and benefits for veterans.
Republicans claim to believe in the “free market”
but then they attack companies like Disney and Bud Light for making business decisions they don’t like.
Republicans claim to fight for “religious freedom”
but then they push Christian nationalism while opposing religious rights for Muslims, Jews, and others.
Republicans say they are “anti-elite”
but then they pass policies that benefit billionaires while opposing higher wages for working-class Americans.
Republicans claim to support “states' rights”
but then they try to override state laws on abortion, voting rights, and climate change when states pass progressive policies.
