The Courage To Deeply Grieve
Unexpressed emotions imply oppression,
that there is force keeping them down,
maintaining them, subjugating them.
To open and express our emotions is
to liberate, to restore humanity.
The courage to deeply grieve is
the foundation of the revolution
from separation to belonging,
from façade to human.
To deeply grieve is the embodied
toppler of the strategy of hierarchy.
