PHOTOS: Thousands Packed Spectrum Amphitheatre for Bernie Sanders Rally

So beautiful. I sometimes watch Bernie rallies 2-3 times a day and I’m struck again and again with so much that feeds my heart — with the consistency of the message on every single issue that is so incredibly important to the well-being of us all and the planet; with the huge size and diversity and passion and love shining forth from those attending; with the integrity and truth and hope and clarity of where we’re at, what must change, and what is needed on the journey for justice as we move forward together; and how our movement is about so much more than Bernie Sanders— it’s about all of us mobilizing in this political revolution grounded in compassion and love and justice because we care about the welfare and fighting for those we don’t know just as much as we’re fighting for those who we love. Not me, Us. What these images reflect are the awakening of millions of people who are committed to embodying Revolutionary Love. This is the core of our revolution — Love, Compassion, Truth, and Justice. 🙏 Molly

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Presidential Democratic candidate Bernie Sanders spoke to a packed crowd at his “Get Out the Vote” rally at Spectrum Amphitheatre Friday.

His campaign encouraged people to bring their vote-by-mail ballots to the rally to turn them in early.
