Our world is changing. Which can be scary. Change can also be an opportunity for healing and transformation, for seeing with new eyes and a more open heart, for increasingly shedding the obstacles we’ve unknowingly held inside ourselves that have separated us and justified the dehumanization of our planetary sisters and brothers, and for growing in consciousness, kindness, generosity, and love. May we choose to use these changing times wisely and to extend our hand, where possible, to those who are afraid. This isn’t always possible. I’m just deeply grateful for those who never gave up on me when I was so lost.
