This is so wise and true. Life brings us all times when we are faced with the waves of change, loss, and new beginnings. Having the support, courage, wisdom, and compassion to learn to ride the waves through the dying away of the old and into to the birth of new life is one of the biggest challenges we humans experience. We’re either opening and growing more expansive and brave and vulnerable and loving, or we’re resisting what life brings us and contracting and becoming more fearful and hardened and separate. May we all support one another and find the support we need use the times of big waves to open our hearts wider and deeper to greater compassion, understanding, consciousness, kindness, and love. — 💜 Molly
