It is not necessary, in my experience,
that you “love” your difficult emotions,
or to “accept” them, heal them, or transform them.
Your difficult emotions are not pathological, they are the path itself.
They are important guests of your heart that are seeking sanctuary,
seeking the light of your care and your awareness.
They are seeking to be held so they can metabolize
within the vastness that you are,
and then be recycled out into this world
as the movement of love, kindness, and compassion.
