It's a Fascist Takeover, Plain and Simple

This is so well said, so spot on, so profoundly chilling and infuriating and frightening. The fascist takeover of our country continues to be illuminated day after day, month after month. Horrifying. We absolutely need to be joining together in ever growing solidarity with any and all efforts to dismantle the poisonous shadow side of our nation that has risen to the surface with intensifying brutality, dehumanization, criminality, and countless different forms of violence. These are such traumatic times that we are living in. And we are all in this together! — Molly

Yeah, sure, Trump’s concerned about crime in DC, which is why he made Jared Wise, who was caught on camera calling for his fellow rioters to kill Capitol police officers, a senior official in the Department of Justice!

More than 140 police officers were hospitalized in the attempted coup orchestrated by Trump. One died hours later, and several were so traumatized that they killed themselves.

Officers who were military veterans described the coup attempt as worse than anything they experienced in war.

They beat the officers with metal poles. Officers lost eyes, and many of the wounds are permanent.

Trump pardoned them. The people who beat and killed cops in DC. He told them how much he loves them.

If you seriously think he gives a shit about crime in DC, you need to wake up. It’s a fascist takeover, plain and simple.
