To feel is to heal.
To heal is to humanize.
To humanize is to be whole.

Having a moment that needs some expression. I am SICK of what I would call masculine spirituality in isolation from feminine spirituality that invalidates the essential relational and emotional processes that bring ourselves back to ourselves, back to each other and back to life. When we repress what’s in our hearts and bodies, life’s living energies that flow through us, our spirits wither and die. We are not here for that.

We have a ton of built-up conditioning in us and it needs to be addressed, not ignored and suppressed as it has been for millennia. When we don’t maturely address it, it destroys what could be beautiful and rich lives and healthy relationships.

I am feeling furious with these invulnerable models that disconnect us from our true power and tenderness and ability to live in enlivened integrity, to have the possibility of experiencing beautiful intimacy and to care. Consciousness needs to hold loving space for all that is in the body. That is the divine union of the masculine and feminine. And the rewards are unimaginably great when this is in harmony.

When, with wisdom, trapped emotions are held and released in the deepest safety and love into the caring understanding strength of loving consciousness, life flows again and health is restored. We are whole beings and all of us matters. No more of this bogus repression that is destroying reverence and our world.

When we don’t receive ourselves we plunder our earth and we exploit the hearts of others. To feel is to heal. To heal is to humanize. To humanize is to be whole. To be whole is to be open, truthful and at ease and this is to undo and shed corruption from our beings which is the only way to feel a sense of agency and wellness as we move in this world.

We need to become skilled, responsible feelers if we’re to open our hearts and if we don’t open our hearts we will be impoverished and disenfranchised with an unbearable loneliness that will sap our strength.

Become courageous and cry. Fall to your knees for the rest of your life, that is deeply noble and honorable. In this time, the work of transforming our experience of consciousness is to metabolize history’s pain through finally feeling it and embracing it. We are growing in maturity and it is no longer okay to use our rejected pain to hurt each other.
