"Sport" Hunting Is a Sickness

So true! There are so many symptoms of the normalization of violence in American culture, which is absolutely a deep pathology that has so many faces — including “sport” hunting. The cost of our disconnect from ourselves and other humans, from other species, and from the Earth herself is driving the sixth major extinction, our catastrophically warming planet, the death of whole ecosystems, and epidemics of violence, racism, poverty, and injustice in our country and worldwide. It is far past time for humankind to awaken, evolve, and remember what we have forgotten — that we're all connected, all related, all family. Bless all beings. — Molly
