This is something written by a wise friend that I resonate deeply with and am moved to share. Blessings and deep Metta to all in these turbulent times. 🙏💜 Molly

Dawn yesterday at the ocean where my ancestors lived -through generations, where my grandparents are buried, where my child spirit remembers, where I will always lift up the young ones, where I learned the beauty of the natural world and turned my heart with steadfast commitment to learn what it means to live love forward in word and deed…. my heart could only reverberate my deepest gratitude for life. Thank you for all of it.

Pain, loss, grief are part of what are simultaneously bring great unraveling and tender homecoming to what matters most.

For me, I am here to love and be loved, to grow and learn, to be a reliable, trustworthy human who cares and can be counted upon in one’s hardest and most challenging moments as well as to celebrate in the best of moments.

What generosity lives when we give ourselves to healing traumas long hurting, when we repair from where we harm and have been harmed, where we care for one another’s histories and humanity.

Kindness and compassion when we may fail, even in what held our great hope and courage, will never lose its valuable place on my path forward.

My family and friends, I don’t know about you. How is your heart faring? I can share that I am deeply hurting while also present, here and sending you tendrils upon tendrils of love, strength, gratitude, tenderness, empathy, wisdom, grace, fortitude, support, devotion and everything that will bring us together in good relationships. The winds are strong in our lives. Please take best care. I love you deeply and that is forever- unwavering- and rooted come what may. Please don’t forget lest all our tireless labors for love be for naught. Love is real. Bone and marrow deep. Beyond time and space. It is. We are. Live well. This is up to each one of us.
