Jack Adam Weber: A Sacred Practice

This is so wise and true.
Thank  you Jack Adam Weber.
🙏 Molly

Grief work is what paradoxically fills the void in us that things and activities, “love and light,” cannot. This is because grief clears the pain that blocks and ensnares the rest of the best of us. So, love must be part light and part liberated from the dark.

In grief work we use our love-light, as the attention and care we already possess, along with the loving support of others, to liberate our love-dark. This sacred practice increases our grounded love and light in a way nothing else can. Until we do this inner work, we are limited in our wholeness, fulfillment, and capacity to connect and to care.
