Rumi: My Heart Is So Small

My heart is so small
it's almost invisible.
How can You place
such big sorrows in it?

"Look," He answered,
"your eyes are even smaller,
yet they behold the world."

~ Rumi ~

I wonder if Coleman Barks translated this Rumi poem his own way, turning sorrow to love? If so, I like it better.

    This Great Love Inside Me

I am so small I can barely be seen.
How can this great love be inside me?

Look at your eyes. They are small,
    but they see enormous things.
